Attire
Rain or shine we persevere! Wear weather appropriate footwear and clothing as you will be walking outside between buildings. An umbrella could be a good idea!
Documents
It is important that you bring a piece of government issued ID with a photo. If possible we also ask that you bring your tickets saved on your phone but printed tickets are just fine! Bring cash to participate in the Bailey Theatres 50/50, there is no ATM on site.
What is Provided?
All liquor samples and appetizers are included! When you arrive at the Taste Night come to the main museum building (red brick) to sign in or the sign-in tent by the Old-timers hut and be given a wrist band, tasting glass (yours to keep!) and a raffle ticket.
PArking
Parking on the museum grounds will not be permitted the night of the event but the field house parking lot will be available as well as street parking.
Accessibiility
We want everyone to be able to attend and have fun. Unfortunately some of the museum building are not accessible to wheel chairs and walkers, if this is a concern please contact us and we can arrange for samples to be brought out so you do not miss the sampling experience.
Safety
It is important to us that you get home safe. Please come prepared with a safe ride home plan.
